Becci presents an hour dedicated to recovering from the mad dash to work or school, starting with headlines and three songs from a mystery year in The Goldmine @9. Other daily features include Chris Mason's latest attempt to teach Becci some Welsh (at around 9.20) and the first of the day's 'Double Plays' at 9.30 (two songs linked by a common theme or by the same artists). Plus regular 'lifestyle' features including: 'Beck's Books' on Tuesday; ' The Look' (fashion news) on Wednesday; 'Happy Homes' (useful household/parenting tips) on Thursday and 'Film Friday'.

10am-2pm  COMMUNITY LINK

Keeping you up to date with what’s happening in the local community. Featuring regular advice slots including the Interlink update on volunteering in Rhondda Cynon Taf on Thursday (10-11). Plus guests, chat, interviews and information including today's weather with Jonathan Powell's at 10.30, 11.30 and 12.30 and his 3 day forecast at 1.30. Music includes Double Plays on the half hour, The Midday Medley and the Non Stop Lunchtime Oldies after the 1pm news.

2-4pm  AFTERNOON DELIGHT

Including 'This Day In History' and the 3@3 (guess the year) competition, plus Newyddion Am 3 - the news in Welsh from BBC Radio Cymru and Double Plays on the half hour.

4-7pm (6.30 on Friday) DRIVETIME

Gtfm guides you home with all the Latest 20/20 Travel, News and Weather, plus The Drivetime Album of the week and fun and games with a daily brain-stretching competition. From 6.30 to 7 on Friday evenings join Alun Jones for the Ponty Rugby Show.
